The Ligurian HIV Clinical Network permette di gestire al meglio studi e clinical trials multicentrici nell'ambito dell'HIV, malattia della quale si parla poco ultimamente ma che costituisce ancora oggi un grosso problema.
Con questa piattaforma, in maniera totalmente anonima per il paziente, è possibile l'amministrazione e l'analisi statistica di dati appartenenti a diverse tipologie di studi: sia quelli incentrati prevalentemente sulla terapia, che è un tratto distintivo fondamentale per i pazienti HIV, sia quelli nei quali la terapia non è richiesta, che si occupano di aspetti più gestionali e economici.
